In a few months Neil has completely rehabilitated a very troublesome, long-standing back issue. I was free of pain after my first appointment. He really listens and engages with you. I cannot recommend Neil Minter highly enough. Having struggled with knee pains for several years, it really began to cause me issues in my training about 6 months ago. I am a personal trainer and train myself at least 4 times a week. It was interfering with my own training and causing problems in my professional life so I knew I needed to get it sorted as soon as possible. I went to Neil and almost immediately began to see a difference. He is extremely knowledgeable and I am happy to say, my knee is now at full strength. During this time, I also managed to sustain a back injury, which he was also able to diagnose and advise on. All through his treatment, he was understanding of the job I do and the fact I wanted to continue training as much as possible. He listens to your wishes and advised based on the information you give. I would, and have already, recommend him to friends, family and clients.

Following a life changing ankle accident I spent 6 months non-weight bearing and was unsure if I would be able to walk again. Neil is a fantastic physio. He is patient and thorough. Not only did he help me return to running pain free after my IT band and knee pain but provided helpful strengthening exercises to ensure that it won’t return again. I knew Neil personally from running at Bracknell AC back in 2010. I recently started getting knee pains (patellofemoral pain syndrome) that wouldn't go away I therefore decided to book in with Elizabeth Strong at Neil Minter & Associates. Elizabeth was super knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly throughout my course of 6 sessions. She diagnosed the problem extremely efficiently, gave me useful exercises to rebuild certain muscles, and helped me recover from my knee injury within 3 months. If I ever need physio again, I will certainly use Neil Minter & Associates. Elizabeth, you are an absolute legend!
