Great day out. Seeing the numerous aspects of police work behind the scenes, especially modern day information gathering around CSI. Lots of entertainment for small kids as well, a helicopter, drones, horses, dogs etc. Food and drinks available with a band also playing outside the main building.

Bleep test done last Tuesday was very badly organised. A large group of officers were on training, kept bumping on the guys running to pass the test. One of the instructors, the one that was the first, wasn’t even looking whether candidates stepped on the lines or not and seemed as if he ended up failing random applicants based on god knows what. Very poor experience and attitude altogether

For the public the only part open all year is the police museum. There are large open days and displays at set dates usually in the summer.
