Travelled down to make use of the ALSIM DA42 simulator on site before my IR. Great setup and really welcoming team. I had never visited previously and received a warm welcome and was left alone to practise as requested. Very good rates and really high quality sim. Thanks guys!

Just enjoyed my 70th birthday present here - a trial lesson - with my 2 granddaughters along for the flight. What a great team at SEMET aviation, thanks, all very friendly, informative and effective. We flew Piper G-BNYP, a lovely responsive aircraft. Will definitely do it again whenever funds allow.

I needed my night rating in a hurry as winter was ending and the time for night flying would soon be over. The team at Semet, particularly Zayne and Brandon were simply awesome at getting this organised and providing great instruction. As a reasonably experienced private pilot I’m quite fussy about getting a good instructor, and Brandon was excellent both technically and in his instruction delivery.

SEMET Aviation is the best flight school! If you are thinking of doing your PPL or any other ratings look no further. I currently fly with Brandon who is an amazing instructor and couldn’t recommend him enough. The ops team are constantly improving their existing fleet and expanding on the opportunities within the school. Honestly feels like a family when I am there and they are all so welcoming with a shared love and passion for aviation!

This company is fantastic. I booked 30 minutes flying experience for a 12th birthday party for my son. He was very nervous before the day. Adam the pilot gave him the confidence to take control of the plane. The customer service is brilliant. The day we booked it was raining and cloudy. Zaid one of the staff called to rearrange the day. The office sitting area is lovely. One of the owners came to talk to us before the flying experience.
The service was very personal. I love this business. Now my son has the flying bug, he wants to return. I want to thank Semet for making today a special memorable day that will be talked about for years to come.

Absolutely fantastic! After receiving a gift experience from Red Letter Days, I decided to use it with a friend and book a ‘flying lesson for two’. Everything about it was superb. We were warmly welcomed and given time to have a coffee before setting off with our brilliant instructor Andy who was very patient and an excellent teacher as well as being very personable. There was never a moment when we felt unsafe and we were particularly thrilled that he gave each of us a solid half hour at the controls. Thank you Andy - and Semet Aviation for making this an amazing experience which we will definitely recommend to others!

Currently doing my Private Pilots License with SEMET Aviation and I would hands down recommend new and upcoming pilots and even those with licenses to come to SEMET Aviation to fly, I have personally found that SEMET has always gone the extra mile in providing the best service it can to its customers/students and pilots. From the very start, being offered tea/coffee and the chance to get to know your instructor before your flight by sitting down and going through a pre flight brief creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I have flown with 2 instructors (Ishaq and Brandon) in my time at SEMET and have spoken to others, They are all extremely friendly, easy to talk to and professional/always taking extra safety measures both in flight and on the ground. I have been to other flight schools in the London area and checked out the facilities and not 1 has even come close to what SEMET Aviation has to offer, the cleanliness of all the facilities and even the simulators and aircraft and beyond at SEMET is unrivalled. I would Highly highly recommend taking your next flying lesson with SEMET.

Fantastic time. I booked a 1hr experience in a Cessna 152. My instructor James walked me through all the basics at my own pace and kept me comfortable throughout. He also left some helpful advice afterwards. We were up almost immediately and made the most of the hour.
