I've been to quite a few gyms in many locations and this is honestly one of the best I've been too. Really good gym floor with lots of equipment and space. Always able to get on a bit of kit even at peak times! Staff are very friendly and also very willing to help with questions. The classes are amazing, over 15 years of going to gyms and iv never been able to go to classes however this gym was very easy going and friendly and made me feel comfortable going to the classes! And the best thing is there are so many different types of classes so you can always book on to one! Highly recommend and so happy iv found this gym.

I have loved this gym enjoyed all of the classes and it’s super friendly. I have to highly recommend Justin Dougherty for personal training and especially his knowledge of rehab has been life changing for me

Been using the facilities for over 7 years. What's not to like; driving through a beautiful park to get to it, plenty of parking anytime of the day and recent gym refurb is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.
