I was really nervous to start training again after a bad experience but Abi made me feel so comfortable and at ease! From nutritional support to our Abi’s Champions group, Abi has really built a lovely community that I am proud to be part of. Abi is not like other PTs I’ve experienced, she cares a lot about her clients and really goes the extra mile. Her advice is much broader than just exercise - she has helped me with both my mental and physical well-being and has provided me with some much needed guidance on nutrition as well. It’s also great to be connected with other clients of Abi’s via the WhatsApp group and we even meet up locally for walks. She is very personable and friendly as well as being extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. I have really enjoyed our sessions and have very much appreciated all the help, guidance and motivation she’s given me over the last 12 months. I would highly recommend 😊
