I recently attended this training venue for an exam and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to find.

The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-organized, with private exam rooms that provided a quiet and comfortable environment. All items needed for exam were provided (pen, paper for notes and calculator along with a drink). From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by two lovely ladies (Parisa and Emma) who were very attentive and made me feel at ease right away - offering me a beverage and ensuring I had everything I needed. Their friendly and professional approach really stood out.

Communication was also fantastic throughout the entire process, from booking my exam to handling any queries I had beforehand. Overall, a well-run venue with exceptional service - I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing a professional and supportive exam environment.

Great centre in Reading . Bright, spacious, silent ,coffee, tea, water available . Clean toilets. Close to Oracle parking. Efficient and very accommodating staff. Definitely recommend. I attended some exams. Definitely will be using in the future.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The building has nice facilities and these will improve soon as Pitman are soon moving into renovated offices on the ground floor. The building is in a good location, not far from the station.

Lovely people to deal with, very helpful on the phone and in person. Lovely calm and professional environment to take an assessment, very welcoming and put me at my ease. Provided everything I needed without having to ask. Couldn't ask for more really!
