I had a brilliant time at the adult quiet swim this morning 10/10 for a wonderful service at the reception desk very polite staff. The pool was a lot warmer as it was a heated main swimming pool. It wasn’t too bad. I’m definitely going to be coming back for another Adult quiet swim next winter as Spring is almost here.

The Caffè area was nice. However the coffee was average and the espresso machine and the tips for heating milk for the latte looked as if they had not been cleaned. However the viewing area at the pool was very uncomfortable. We were there for a swimming gala and had to seat all day on aluminium bunches. If one is going there to view some event at the pool definitely take something soft to seat on with you.

Has a good variety of classes where the instructors are always friendly and happy. The pool timings are really good and inclusive, and the mini spa really is a haven. Membership is very reasonably priced, and I thoroughly enjoy my visits.

Generally Bracknell leisure facilities are quite good. Good variety of classes & staff are friendly. Swimming pool floors & surrounding pool area need a really good clean. Swimming pool changing rooms are actually disgusting & very unhygienic. They are not cleaned enough & quite often if you swim first thing in the morning they haven't been cleaned from the night before. Would definitely recommend that you wear flip flops while walking in that area. Life guards don't pay attention to what is going on in the pool, if there is a problem you have to point it out to them rather than them observing what is going on.

Gave 3 stars due to constantly dirty changing rooms.

Very hard to book any session if you are not a member.
I tried to access the website. the system did not accept my passport. Tried to reset it, did not receive the email needed for resetting. Tried to get help sending an inquiry, it goes back to the password resetting process. Tried to give a feedback, same issue - it takes you to the same page. Useless!

Got a platinum membership with my partner 4 months ago and hardly get a time to go there for swimming and spa cause of the limited timings, they open when you at work and when you are free on weekends they close by 4pm also there is no cleanliness, staff are rude not very helpful. There is limited machines to use in gym and people occupied machines two at the same time and you have no option but to wait for more than an hour or leave the gym. Had a very bad experience today at gym cause of the guy was using two machines he didn't let me use it I waited for more than 40 minutes. when my partner went to use the other one there was a guy doing exercise next to the machine and said I am gonna use this as he brought it from his home.
I am sure they gonna lose customers soon if they don't improve these basic things, specially timings.

A good local leisure centre with excellent facilities. Some large investments have been made over recent years and it shows. The centre is run by Everyone Active and though memberships could be cheaper, the staff are great. I'd highly recommend it if you're local

Grim. Unplayable squash courts as they were literally SO FILTHY and broken floors meant the game was ruined. Even the toilets were dirty and covered in loo roll by 9.30am. Would never return. Complained to the manager, and no offer to refund the £16 for the game and no explanation for why they’re doing zero cleaning, and clearly hadn’t for potentially weeks given the depth of the dirt, but charging high prices. Go elsewhere.
