Both my kids and I are members of Thames Valley Taekwon-Do Team. We can always expect world class knowledge from our instructors while being patient at the same time. I started as a grown up and as an absolute beginner in martial arts and can only recommend! Everyone made me feel welcome and helped me to progress.

When I first started training at Thames Valley Pro Taekwon-Do I was really nervous but everyone made me feel very welcome and always helped me. The classes are challenging with opportunity to learn something new and progress towards the next grade. The instructors are all amazing and really patient with students. I have grown so much with my confidence.
