Dreadful service, I've cofounded an A.I. business and successfully secured funding, so I'm not just some small time Joe Shmoe and I wanted to improve my knowledge of digital marketing towards this end, but this company is very poor at communicating and fails to ever get back to you regarding the apprenticeships.

They only want to talk to you if you are already working somewhere that is interested in taking you on as an apprentice digital marketer.

If not, I think you're fresh out of luck, they won't communicate this though.

A very unprofessional organisation that needs to get their act together, I hope A.I. efficiently does what it needs to on this business and removes the need for them, as they are useless.

*this is a review of the company/apprenticeships they offer, not the venue itself.

This is a badly ran company, lessons weren’t clear, personal tutors were not helpful, the employer wasn’t aware of what I was doing on the course also the staff were badly organised. This all lead to having to leave the apprenticeship a few months in. If you’re looking into an apprenticeship, go for it - they’re great but I wouldn’t recommend QA at all. I believe BALTIC Apprenticeships are a great company and offer some great programs.

*Also I wouldn’t bother with a QA apprenticeship if you are somewhat creative or want to test new ideas. Your work won’t be accepted as their markers/curriculum is sterile.

I FEEL LIKE 1 STAR IS STILL TOO GENEROUS

Stay clear of QA Apprenticeships.

- The assessor I was originally assigned failed to set my coursework for a number of months leaving me to be massively behind on work I had to do in my own time.
- I travelled down to Manchester in my own time (even taking days out of work) to complete this work with all the facilities I required.
- My assessor was also an assessor for another 50+ students meaning I received almost no guidance
- I was told to patiently wait for my pass certificates so I did. 6 months went by they had no explanation, 12 months went by all they could do was write me a letter to confirm that I had passed.

Over a year later STILL no certificates and no proof that I have actually completed my apprenticeship for me to show employers. I am in the same place I was when I started with QA and who knows whether I could have been in a better position just by avoiding them all together.

I have contacted them numerous times over the past month and each person is as unhelpful as the next. They take my call and say that they will get back to me to let me know when the certificates will be arriving, each person I have spoke to has failed to call me back and even forgotten that we ever spoke.

I am tired of being passed on from one person who doesn't have a clue what they're doing to another. Hopefully someone can take 5 minutes out of their day at QA and get this problem sorted.

Was offered an apprenticeship alongside. With qa. Got ghosted after a week and never ended up starting with them. Also been to training here for some certs, I'm not a classroom person and am more hands on learning, which this is not the place to do from my experience.

Great training facility in the centre of Manchester. I have been visiting QA for the alst couple of year in various course and apprenticeships. Staff are always friendly and tutors knowledgeable about the subject matter.

The environment is always clean and tidy with free tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits on site.

Awful company. Completely ignore any messages I have sent to them regarding apprenticeships. Appears they're only interested in a select few who they will know they will get through. I assume they get some sort of commission for managing to successfully get someone to the interview stage as a common problem I have seen after discussing QA online is that they send you to interviews they know you are under qualified for. Stay away

Good facilities on site but company not organised. If you ask any questions or have any needs other than just turning up to a course then they don't get back to you. No flexibility and due to COVID they wouldn't allow me on site and as I didn't have the IT to run from home, they just stopped my apprenticeship.
