When you walk through the door, you leave all your cares behind. The room is calm, smells wonderful, is warm and welcoming. Francesca has added some lovely touches to aid your enjoyment of the treatments one being a heated bed to lie on which was very welcome on the cold and frosty winter morning when I attended for my 'Zone Face Lift' treatment. The treatment itself is a wonderful combination of facial reflexology and advanced face lift massage techniques. I loved all the different textures and temperatures involved. My skin definitely felt tighter when I left. I would highly recommend it.

Having a treatment from Fran at Flow and Glow is an utterly blissful experience. The atmosphere is calming and soothing, Fran puts you immediately at your ease and you know you are in the hands of a professional.
I have had various treatments with Fran - most recently Facial Cupping. This had an immediate and lasting effect - my skin felt lifted and glowing. I would have no hesitation in recommending any of the treatments at Flow and Glow.

I have been coming to Francesca for the last few months for reflexology. The treatments are always first class, and Francesca is a calm and friendly lady and immediately puts you at ease. I had previously only had foot reflexology but have also tried the facial reflexology. Both treatments are fabulous, and have worked wonders for my well being. Thank you!

YOGA! Fran has created a beautiful place to practise in - its a purpose built space in her garden (enough space for 5 mats) and comes with a heated floor. Fran is both experienced and passionate about yoga and adopts a hands on approach so everyone can go at their own pace. I really apprecIate this as I struggle with my flexibility. There are lots of extra treats such as oils, protein bars (homemade) and all the necessary props. Highly recommend!

A truely lovely experience!!!

Over the years I have had many styles of massage, including body, back and Indian head...

Fran has a lovely touch and approach, the pressure was just right.

I Also had the reflexology treatments and these too are amazing.. very relaxing and the pressure perfect..

Wonderful facial reflexology massage from Francesca at Hill House Therapies. The treatment room is also beautiful and very relaxing.
