In the 6 months I have been attending classes at Foxy Pilates I have greatly improved my balance, core strength and stamina. The studio in Croft is immaculate and bright with a variety of equipment available for each class.
Aneliese is a dynamic and motivating teacher with a passion for both fitness and mental wellbeing. Her classes are very varied, engaging, challenging and highly effective.

I feel like I've found a hidden Treasure!!!!

As a total novice to Yoga and Pilates, a few months ago, Aneliese made me feel so welcome. She enquired about my health and any injuries; offering relevant advice and support.

The studio is inviting, well ventilated and fit for purpose. Resources are clean and available to all and you can bring along your own mat if you so wish.
The sessions cater for all skill levels and are enjoyable due to Aneliese's approach; each varying and offering new challenges.
I feel so much fitter and stronger and I look forward to each session.
The online platform to book sessions is user-friendly with a great offer to purchase multiple sessions!

A great studio conveniently located on my way home from work so no excuse not to go! Love Pilates even with bands & weights & other equipment oh & Plank & Push ups & don’t forget Pulse! The Yoga sessions are very relaxing & definitely help improve flexibility. I thoroughly enjoy the yoga workshops Aneliese organises, “me time” well spent on a Sunday evening 🧘‍♀️ On line studio is really good value for money with lots of classes & was a life saver when the studio had to close. 💪👍
