Lovely refurbishment. Very friendly chap today however after living in culcheth for over 38 years and using the library for all that time not sure if the books are being topped up but didn't seem to be much choice like there used to be shelves seemed empty?

Culcheth Library is working as normal....all the rest of the libraries in Warr are effectively closed .....the council is urinating council tax up the walls
