I thoroughly enjoyed the Greenbelt training. The sessions were intense and fast-paced, which made for a challenging but rewarding experience. Thankfully, my prior knowledge of Lean practices from working at my Trust helped me keep up. Without that background, I can see how the pace might have been difficult to manage.

Simone did an excellent job as a trainer — her ability to break down complex concepts and explain them clearly made a huge difference. She kept the material engaging and practical, which made the learning process smoother.

The Lean Six Sigma Company were really good in the lead up to the course in terms of communication levels and responsiveness to questions.

Michel who I had for the training was excellent. He used a strong mixture of theory and practical. His style is a pragmatic / discussion based / relaxed one and he applies what you learn in real life style settings either with examples or through the practical exercises. He also encourages all to contribute.
