I go to circuits every Wednesday and it’s always such a great workout! The gym has professional equipment and a range of free weights which allows for a very varied workout and you can adjust the exercises to your ability. Luke is a great motivator and makes sure you get the best out of your sessions. He also changes things up regularly so you never get bored!

I would definitely recommend the gym for its high quality equipment and privacy. It is also very safe in terms of Covid-19 as it is cleaned after every client.

Luke provides a thorough circuit class, regularly changing up what he does, great range of equipment and lovely private gym so don't have to worry about finding space or the right equipment being free. Felt very comfortable from start to finish and Luke provides his expertise all the way through. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve used Luke for several years as my trainer his methods are fantastic for people that need to get back on track and keep them focused. His knowledge of the science of diet let you train to a sensible schedule and still enjoy your meals.

At 40 Luke tailors the programme to your expectations and provides a large variety of activities over the 12 weeks that allows the workout to be fun and not repetitive!

I would recommend Luke for anyone looking to change their life around fitness and mental well-being to call Luke.

Lovely Chap and easy to talk to as well, I've had many trainers that don't listen and provide the same programme regardless of the person.

I've been a client of Lukes for the last 2 years and couldn't recommend him and his gym enough! From someone that was incredibly intimidated of a gym and lifting weights, I now love working out and the atmosphere and welcoming you get is second to none! Luke is a brilliant and puts you right at ease.

The equipment in the gym is as good if not better than what you would find at any commercial gym.

Highly recommended.

I’ve been training consistently with Lukes guidance over the last 2 years and cannot thank him enough. He’s always on hand for advice, tips or direction that comes with other absolutely no arrogance or pressure that exists with a lot of PT’s.
Since having my son he’s created several custom work outs for the 45 minutes I can squeeze into the gym at lunch times. Despite not being the cleanest of eaters I’m seeing clear results, sleeping better and feeling really good in myself.

Love Luke’s gym. It’s a great family run gym that is perfect for personal training. The facilities are great and the gym is very well equipped. It also had a lovely little outdoor space with a sled.

I would highly recommend coming here to train. It’s also super covid safe as it gets cleaned after every session.

Luke is a very talented trainer and his empathetic approach will help you reach whatever your goal is 🙏🏽
