I have been a loyal customer of this amazing place for three years now, and I can confidently say that it's truly exceptional. Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming, but the entire environment exudes cleanliness and professionalism. One of the standout features is the outstanding quality of the student practitioners. Despite being students, they are exceptionally well-trained and closely supervised, ensuring that every procedure is given with precision and care.

My husband also has treatments with me , he's terrified of needles but they are amazing with him .We both consistently receive top-notch service and results. Whether it's a routine treatment or something more complex, we always leave feeling satisfied and rejuvenated. I was a little nervous the first time I went for treatment, not knowing what to expect, and also the worry that someone inexperienced and training, was about to practice on my face!! Absolutely no need for concern, Shirley and Claire are amazing (trainers) they guide the trainees through every single step of the procedure, I have been going for around 4yrs now, and I have had several different aesthetic procedures done, I have been happy with every single one, and all we’re done by trainees. I spent a long time trying to find the right place to qualify and after a lot of research I found the CTIA. I live in Wales so travelled up to Warrington and stayed in a hotel. The work to be done to prep for your training is extensive and you have to show competency to be able to get to the practical element. I found this very reassuring as I have seen some places that just start you with the needles with no concern about the anatomy. Yes these courses are available but in my opinion you’re better off paying a higher premium for a far superior experience.
Shirl and Claire are brilliant. They take the time to listen to any questions and despite the fact I’m two years in to my self employed life, will still answer if I contact them.
I have done many courses with the girls and every time they make it such a personal experience and ensure you feel fully confident by the end of the day.

I've been to a fair few clinics over the years so I know the best when I see it. The care and attention they give their students and clients, is second to none. A beautiful setting in a relaxed atmosphere. All the staff are lovely and remember personal details which is nice. You want someone who cares about their clients. People travel from all over to come and train here because they are the best. It's worth waiting for an appointment!

The staff here are amazing. They make you feel comfortable from walking in the room. They are always around to help the trainees. I've had a few procedures done now & I've never felt nervous. Everything is explained from beginning to the end. Nothing is done to you until you are completely happy 😁 I would 100% recommend this company for any cosmetic treatments you would like to be done

I highly recommend CITA, they are super professional and extremely friendly and welcoming whenever I visit for my treatments. I’ve been receiving a wide range of treatments for a number of years now and would definitely recommend them.
As a model for the trainees, a teacher supervises the treatment at all times and it’s a great way to receive expensive treatments at a fraction of the cost! I love CTIA and all the people I’ve met there. A 5 star service for a bargain price. Thank you so much!!

I absolutely love coming for my training here. Shirley and Claire are so knowledgeable and patient. Also I feel I can ask any question when in my salon and they are always on hand to help and give advice. Another bonus is they always have plenty of models. I wouldn't go anywhere else. X
