Superb service from young woman behind the counter think her name was Nicola. She went above and beyond trying to help with the purchase of a piece of artwork. Excellent customer service. Lovely store - well worth a visit if in the area. Thank you.

Went here last year looking for a specific item, I wasn’t sure if they would have it but popped in to check. As I walked through the door, was ‘greeted’ by two ladies, who just glared at me as if I’d just interrupted their chat - made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked politely if they stocked the item I required, their response was ‘NO we are a craft shop we don’t sell THAT sort of thing’. So incredibly rude, I was enquiring, the least they could have offered was a polite response. Felt like an unwanted intruder. No customer service skills, won’t return!!
