Andy was my instructor, and as others have said, his passion and teaching skills are fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to get into plastering—it provides a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to build upon.

A fantastic course for beginners, I would highly recommend it. By the end of the course, I felt much more confident in applying various plaster types to a wall and ceiling, along with various other techniques. Andy the instructor was amazing and very courteous in dealing with complete novices like me. His passion for the trade and experience in teaching is clearly visible. Prior to this course I had no experience at all. This wasn't a problem and the course was perfect for a beginner. My instructor Andy was great. He's not only very knowledgeable but a great guy and has a great way of teaching (very patient and motivational). I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain the fundamental skills and knowledge of plastering.

From having zero experience in plastering two weekends ago, I booked this course in the hope I’d be confident and adequate enough to plaster the house we are moving into, and I can safely say I cannot wait to move in and get started now!

Stew, our instructor, was highly knowledgable, very clear and detailed in his explanations, and made it a relaxed environment so any nerves were gone within the first 20 minutes.

I recently completed a course at this plastering school, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Andy, the instructor, was fantastic. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack for breaking down even the most technical aspects into simple, easy-to-understand steps. I am really sorry for the delay in me leaving this review. I had intended to do some plastering around my house and upload the photos with a nice review for you.
Due to COVID 19 I found it difficult to get my hands on any British Gypsum plaster and made the mistake of trying to use “MakeGood” plaster. It turned out okay, but the finish was not the best at all.
I have since managed to get my hands on some British Gypsum and the skills and techniques that were taught to me by Stuart are clear to see.
I had no prior experience in plastering whatsoever, I enrolled on the 3 day course and I learnt so much in that short space of time that it gave me the most vital tool when starting to plaster... Confidence!
Stuart was a great teacher, before I enrolled I read the reviews online and they were all amazing reviews, hard to believe somebody would get so many outstanding reviews right....
Speaking from my personal experience, Stuart’s plastering course well exceeded my expectations and if you are reading this review now in two minds about whether or not to enrol... Just do it! And I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Attended the 4 day weekend course, both weekends I learnt everything I feel I needed and wanted to learn.
The course is worth every penny, Stu really took his time and was patient with myself and everyone else. Laid back atmosphere, no pressure, good laugh and Stew is extremely approachable which is exactly what you need on a course like this.
Would recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to plaster, no matter if you have no experience or a good amount and want to perfect the art. Its brilliant.

Took the 4 days course recently.
Adam was our instructor, very experienced and kindly passed on his years of knowledge. Also took time to explain and advise on any questions.
Learnt a lot over the 4 days, went there completely green with no idea where to start and came away confident I can now plaster a room to a pretty good standard.
Thanks Adam, a great experience to learn a trade I know will come in very handy over the coming years.
I would happily recommend this course to anyone interested in learning the plastering trade.
