Coming into this program with over a decade of IT support and consulting experience, I was no noob. However, Jeremy's classes have been a real eye opener. An exceptional instructor! with a wellspring of knowledge and experience in the cybersecurity and IT sphere. He's patient, engaging, and ensures everyone understands the core concepts. His teaching style makes learning enjoyable, and he even provides valuable career guidance.He dives deep into the foundational processes behind cloud concepts and their vast applications, connecting the dots in a way that made many things finally click for me. Those "aha!" moments were incredibly rewarding.

The Robust IT support system is epic. My course advisor, Darren, is always there to help – schedule classes, provide materials, and answer any questions I have. It's great to know there's always someone to reach out to. Just ask away and you'll be sorted.
I'm confident I'm on the right track to succeed in this program. I recommend Robust IT to anyone considering a career in cybersecurity.

Review of Robust IT
My name is Lewis, and I recently completed a two-year course package with Robust IT, consisting of five courses. Transitioning from a lorry driver to IT was daunting, but with significant dedication, I earned my qualifications. Despite working 60 to 70 hours a week, I managed to study and complete the courses.

A major benefit was the option to attend classes. My tutor, Jeremy, was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful, always ready to answer any question. His dedication made a significant difference in my learning experience.

Robust IT's customer service was outstanding. They were always willing to provide extra materials and assistance, prioritizing student success. For those considering Network+, I recommend the two-week classroom option due to the extensive material covered.

As someone with dyslexia, I found Robust IT very accommodating. Their support helped me overcome challenges and achieve my goals. They also provided regular reminders and check-ins, ensuring I stayed on track.

Overall, I highly recommend Robust IT. Their excellent tutors and customer service made a significant impact on my learning journey. I plan to return for another qualification soon.

I signed up hoping for a better career choice and was told that I have a choice of cancellation within 14 days. After a careful thought, I requested for a cancellation in few days due to personal circumstances. Monthly payment has been taken from my account despite requesting for this in few days. Lot of hassle- would not recommend

It was a number of years ago I had the misfortune to come into contact with Robust IT. I'm only sorry it's taken me this long to share my experience in a place they can't delete it as they did with my Facebook review.
I purchased a Cyber Security course from Robust IT, spending around £3,500. I was in between work having been in a position where I had to leave my job, and I'd always enjoyed computing and been interested in the Cyber Security industry, so I signed up.
I was promised help through the course, and was told that at the end, I would be fully accredited and helped to find work in the field. It was at the first part of the accreditation (Azure fundamentals) that I ran into trouble, however. Having studied the material, watched all the explanatory videos and made copious notes to help me, I felt I was finally ready to tackle the mock exam. For context, before they allow you to sit the real exam, you must evidence three mock exams at 80% passed (or at least that's how it was when I was undertaking my course). I initially thought this was a good idea, but upon sitting my first mock exam, I was shocked and disheartened to see that virtually none of the topics I was asked about were covered in any of the learning/revision materials or videos! I thought there must be a mistake, so I contacted my Robust IT Support Advisor, and he told me that "the mock exams are not indicative of the real thing". If that's the case, how on earth am I supposed to learn from them - and worse yet - how am I meant to pass them to take my real exam?
I felt extremely let down at this obstacle and couldn't see a way around it. I wasn't given access to any materials that taught me about the topics covered in the mocks, and having to pass the mocks before taking the real exam meant that I was well and truly stuck! When I realised I wasn't getting anywhere with the Support Advisor, I asked for an immediate refund, only to be told that the 14-day refund period had expired. I explained to them that the reason for my refund request only became apparent at the end of the first part of the course, which took more than 14 days to complete given the amount of information I was studying, however they were less than empathetic and were unwilling to issue the refund.
The whole experience with them has made me devastated. I lost out on thousands of pounds to get a new start in a new career, but due to the issues I encountered, I wasn’t able to progress down that path.

UPDATE:
I have been contacted by Robust IT who apologised for the issues I encountered. This was greatly appreciated on my part, as they took ownership of where things went wrong. They have offered me the chance to retake the course from the start, and have assured me that I will have 1-1 support through the mock exams. I have a new career now, but will do this as a hobby.

They closed my file without even speaking with me..

Robust It have now left a comment on my review asking me to contact them and try and resolve my many issues. Previously they told me where the door was! Will post an update above...

From the outset, they are spreading misinformation; the course was not a financial concern for me at all, rather their salesperson enticed me to use a family members credit when mine was turned down and ensured me it would be changed over and with no consequence!!
I will try and contact them again and update this review. I'm not holding my breath.

Since I left this review, they have contacted Trustpilot to ask me to update my details and to verify the review is legitimate after initially flagging this review and taking it down. Trustpilot have since recognised I am a very disgruntled unhappy client and this review is indeed legitimate.

They keep flagging all bad reviews as dishonest to make them disappear and all of a sudden a spade of 5 star reviews come in very quickly and when you click on the reviewees, they barely have any history and this is either a 1st or 2nd review; quite suspicious if you ask me! It renders most of their 5 star reviews very questionable! Especially on Trustpilot.

I find Google more genuine and harder to influence than Trustpilot where they have an account manager who can essentially take down or hide negative reviews.

Since i left this review there has been a number of extremely poor reviews about this company (on Trustpilot) and i very much questions the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews which always seems to come in spades after a negative review like clockwork!

They have dishonest sales people working for them who do not provide the right advice. Also course materials can change without any notice and there is not much you can do about it.

If you want a refund, they will fight tooth and nail and bring every T&C into play to shut you down.

There are lots of other providers out there who are much more professional. They are more efficient with better course materials, reply faster, provide better advice and actually care about their clients!

The material they provide is simply not good enough! You are better off finding free material online!

They promised a high salary with passing this course and it was all lies to get your bank details.

Avoid at all costs!

I've continue to liaise with them to seek a resolution but they are not interested!

No resolution appears close.

I have now made conduct with the Office of the Independent Adjudicator.

It appears no one wants to take on the case against Robust IT and I'm not sure who regulates them!

I will submit an appeal to my local Citizens Advice & Watchdog!
