Jenni was a real help, usually I do my son EHCP myself. This time as he is moving to 6th Form I needed to make sure all was 100%.
I asked Jenni if she could assist as I was under a lot of extra stress and needed support.
Jeni was amazing she read the paperwork pointed out lots of flaws. She attended Teams calls with School and Council.
We have finally got EHCP approved and 6th Form placement granted.

When my son started secondary school he really struggled with the transition. It became apparent there was more to this, and he was later diagnosed with ADHD. He got in more and more trouble at School where they couldn’t meet his needs and I really didn’t know where to turn or what to do. I met Jenni and she was great at helping me draft emails to the School, advise on what I should say on phone calls and she also attended a meeting with me at School to meet the deputy head and discuss provisions they could put in place and make sure they were doing everything they could and should.
Jenni has since helped me with his EHCP ensuring that the plan reflects his needs and has very clear and detailed provisions that correspond with the outcomes
Finally, Jenni has been supportive to me as a mum by just listening to me and giving support and understanding when I have needed someone to reach out to.

I have used Jeni on a few occasions before. Both to help with an EHCP and support within school when issues had arisen. Jeni holds the upmost professionalism whilst also making you feel relaxed, she's extremely empowering with just how supportive and informative she is. She will always go above and beyond, if she can help you she will do everything in her power to. If it wasn't for Jeni I don't think we would be having the support,that we have now been given, within the education setting. To say that she is worth her weight in gold is truly an understatement

As a parent, the process to seek SEND education support, advice and information is so overwhelming and complex.

Jenni has been instrumental in helping us to ask the right questions to understand all of our daughter's development needs, highlighting support and services that are available and advising how the school should support our daughter during her education.

Before our daughter started school, we submitted a number of EHC Need Assessment requests, which were declined. With Jeni's experience, knowledge and expertise we appealed the decision and the LA has now agreed to conduct a EHC Needs Assessment which will be pivotal in understanding our daughters needs to create a plan to support her throughout her schooling.

We wouldn't have achieve this outcome without Jeni's help as she supported us as parents, to support our daughter. We highly recommend Jeni as she is fantastic at what she does, always professional, full of knowledge and genuinely cares. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!

Jeni has been amazing with helping with my sons EHCP, I don't understand how it all works and I get overwhelmed with it.
The education system has let my son down tremendously, jeni is now helping my son get into college and helping to get travel assistance to get there.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. Jeni has been helping us for 5 years now and she has gone above and beyond to assist us in any way possible. The difference between Jeni and most other SEND services is that she genuinely cares to a different level. Her knowledge amd expertise are impressive and even on the (very rare) occasion she encounters something new she leaves no stone unturned to find the solution. She has sat in meetings with schools with me, she has helped me with forms, pointed me in the direction of services I didn't even know existed, got my child a funded 1:1 in a kids club placement so he could access the community and I could work, helped me with emails, phone calls, provided emotional support, regularly checked in on us during lockdown and much much more. I don't know what we would have done without her, but I do know it would have been much more difficult and lonely! It's great to know that there is someone in my corner who already has all the knowledge it would take me ages to find out, making it all quicker and easier to get my child the right support.
