I ordered a board game from The Entertainer online service as a click and collect on Monday night. They took the money but never sent a collection code, so I popped into the Carlisle store today 29/11/23 and spoke to a lovely staff member called Holly. She went above and beyond to help me and sorted out the issue very efficiently. Her customer service skills were excellent. She is definitely an asset to your company.

Toys offered at this shop are of really high in quality. Prices were also reasonable. They have good variety for all ages and I loved visiting there. I am optimistic toys I bought will be good value against money. Staff was very courteous and service oriented.

Excellent in every way. Assistant on door checking numbers entering. Good hygiene safety signage. One way system in place and people adhering to this. Great stock at competitive prices. Helpful staff giving good advice.

Good range of toys and products. The shop isn't huge so doesn't have a large range per product e.g. Lego and WWE. The prices are reasonable and comparable with other shops and can provide notices when new stock is in.

A bit of a frantic shop and not the best laid out. Aisles are cramped and difficult to get 2 customers past each other.
Was a little disappointed that for a store in the town centre they didn't allow dogs in.

No toilets what it you have to poo so bad | but great shop got lots of stuff from there for Christmas shopping and I got stuff for my bday witch is fun really nice shop for your kids

Friendly staff ,, lots of choice, good prices ,, good sales now and again definitely worth a visit if looking for toys for children or grandchildren of any age, also plenty of craft items and jigsaw puzzles
I could spend all day in here
