I would like to say a massive thank you to Total Krav Maga for giving me so much over the years. Krav Maga is not just a fighting system, it’s a way of life, source of inspiration, friendship and family. We constantly work as a unit, whether we are training, grading or just chilling. I would like to thank my instructor Robert Gajewski for his 110% support over the years and still kicking me into shape. If you want to get fit, improve yourself confidence, learn some self-defence, experience something new and meet new people, every class, every lesson is always a learning experience. I have never been to a Krav Maga session that did not challenge me or opened my mind. I totally 100% recommend it. If I can do this - so can you.

Great instructors, and friendly and welcoming senior students always helping new members like myself. Classes have just moved into a great new training room with lots of kit. Tough but enjoyable classes with plenty of sparring practice each week.

Excellent training sessions and classes, gives you a great workout and an amazing experience! I Haven’t left a class without thinking about going to the next! The instructor Robert is very experienced and highly trained and on top of that great at teaching what he knows! Would highly recommend joining to everyone and anyone interested in learning some skills that will change your life or even just getting fitter!!

Recently joined with Robert as my instructor. Got great support and encouragement but was very overwhelmed and saddened by the tragic news of his passing. Felt slightly lost but will be continuing as the rest of of the class are certainly a lovely bunch of people that are altogether patient and supportive. Everyone is friendly and keep it all fun. So glad I joined and highly recommend!
