Basir is the best driving instructor I’ve ever had. I’ve had many. All I felt throughout the process of me learning how to drive was his attention and consideration of my skills and feelings. He communicates perfectly, he seeks to help individuals learn what they need at a realistic pace.

He adapted his teaching techniques and methods to my needs and the way that I learn. I felt completely in control of the lessons. I also really appreciated his realism with me, that he didn’t try and rack up the number of lessons I needed - given, I had been driving for a while before hand - nevertheless, he is experienced enough to see abilities and evaluate how to best help people.

I hope he’s still a driving instructor when my kids want to learn because I would and will recommend him to everyone.

Where to start with this review? I was 7 months pregnant when I had my first lesson, I have failed 3 tests, spent alot of money over 10 years of trying to pass, used 3 different instructors with horrible results, had insane nerves even just getting into a car and I struggle with adhd (focus/anxiety/delayed processing). Finding Basir has been nothing short of a miracle. He is patient, calm, positive and so so encouraging every single step of the way. He took the time to learn about my ADHD and how it affects me so he could then teach me in the best way for me, a truly personalised service! He takes the time to explain all manoeuvres, any mistakes and the best approach to tricky junctions calmly and in an easy to understand way, he breaks down each step making sure you feel confident... for me this was super helpful as too much information all at once just confuses me. I went from dreading having to restart lessons to looking forward to my weekly lessons and passing both only two minors at 8 months pregnant. I credit this all to him as without having such a wonderful approach I honestly don't think I would have ever overcome my nerves. Not only this but when I got a puncture on my test both him and his wife helped me get back home safely which is a testament to their kindness. This is the instructor that everyone should have when beginning this journey! Thank you so much Basir.

Would highly recommend Basir! The way he teaches isn’t info overload but all very practical and very useful. Only had 4 2hr lessons with him and I passed my test! Amazing and such a gentleman! He gives lots of useful tips and advise as well. Many thanks for helping and playing a part to make my family’s dream come true! We can now freely and conveniently travel and make memories! Best!

I've had totally positive experience, and just have passed my test first time. Basir gives clear instructions, is patient, and has a pragmatic approach. When you make mistakes, he gives a clear explanation of what you did wrong which helps you to learn how to drive safely and not just pass your driving test. Can't recommend him highly enough.

BaSir was a fantastic driving instructor! I am a high school teacher, so I know it can be hard to explain complex ideas in a clear way that students will remember. BaSir is very good at breaking down the mechanics of driving into manageable check lists. He knows everything about how to prepare for the UK driving tests and he has lots of real test routes on hand to practice in the testing area and help you feel confident on the testing day. He has a pretty expansive schedule to book sessions including earlier morning lessons on the weekend which are great for earlier learners.

I had 10 lessons with him and I passed my driving test with confidence! I strongly recommend him regardless of your driving level and he will find the best way to improve your skills and get your a passing result!
