Best boxing and MMA / striking gym I've ever been to.

Can't fault the technically taught. The skills of the coaches and how much passion they have for the students.

I have learnt so much in my first weeks there . More than I have learnt in months else where.

Absolutely amazing facilities and coaches that care and nurture the children (and their mums lol ).
My son has such an amazing bond with the coaches which enables them to teach him in a way that is very child specific, meeting the needs of each child is perfect for a mum to witness.
Trusting anyone with my child is never easy but honestly it has just come so easily here.
Enabling my son to reach his full potential is the primary purpose always !
In a safe and warm environment my son feels confident to ask for help every step of the way which makes me feel happy he is both confident and content.
The level and trust my boy has makes him eager to learn and improve without feeling embarrassed that he is not doing his best which is something he has struggled with in the past.
He is able to confidently enter interclubs and take back from each one something that he could adapt and overcome for the next event.
He has learned to control his anger and emotions to prevent him giving up which again is something he struggles with but is slowly becoming more confident with recently.
The smile on his face when learning and participating with his peers is priceless.

Can't thank the GK1 Striking team enough! My 15-year-old son is loving the sessions and physical workout. The 'team' atmosphere is amazing, you feel welcomed from the start by both coaches and pupils.
The gym is well designed and equipped and the coaches have amazing knowledge and experience to share with those they are teaching!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend GK1 Striking to parents of children of all ages who want to help build their children's confidence, or amateurs and pros who want to get better or to become awesome warriors!

Greg is a top coach! He has commitment and passion for his students and the sport. He gives great advise for beginners learning the fundamentals. He makes you aware of your body mechanics and how correctly throw/defend strikes properly. I 100% highly recommend Greg anyone to looking to improve in confidence and ability.

My 4 year old son has just recently started, and I can honestly say that Coach Greg has been fantastic. He's so good with all the kids, gets down to there level to teach, very patient, and makes each lesson fun too. My son has done 4 classes so far, and from not wanting to be involved on the 1st class to now actually taking part, this is all down to Coach. He really pushes all the kids to their full potential. I cant wait to see my son progress, and will definatley be recommending this place.
