Thoroughly enjoyed my first aid training today.
Laura is an amazing and knowledgeable instructor and is so warm and friendly it really made the day and course very enjoyable.
Also nice to meet a lovely bunch of girls to learn and chat with and all in a such a gorgeous setting in York.

Grant is an absolute gem of an instructor. Was totally dreading doing a full day of learning on a weekend, but it turned out to be a really fun, engaging day (dad jokes included!). Couldn’t fault a thing and feel so much more confident in issuing paediatric first aid. Thanks Grant!

The trainer was late and upon arrival was very disorganised, patronising and rushed the whole session and was unhappy when I double checked instructions despite me mentioning my diagnosis of autism when I booked the course. She then decided not to pass me claiming that she didn’t feel confident that I could perform first aid unsupervised. She therefore wasted £95 and over six hours of my time. Would definitely not recommend.
