The Elm park academy and community centre has come a long way since first opening up back in mid-2022, the development of the facility has bought many people from different backgrounds together that never knew each other existed, it created a whole new family in our lovely and well diverse community. Not only has the community bought together people from different backgrounds but also different professions ranging from teachers, engineers, accountants and stay-at-home parents. As one of the committee members myself, working alongside the founders I can proudly say we embrace diversity and inclusion, and we consider and appreciate any advice and suggestions from the public and community, as we like to cater to their needs.

Within just a year, our student and adult education classes has shot up, tuition for GCSE and A-Level Maths English and Science classes are being taught by fully qualified tutors, as well as providing other language classes. We also provide space for prayer for the users of our facility. Being a respectful facility, we offer a segregated space just for women with their own private bathroom. This is to cater for the needs of the women attending the academy and allowing them to be comfortable in their allocated space.

The facility is very modern and has been future-proof designed, as an electronic engineer myself whom works for the MOD, I helped develop the audio system, CCTV, access points around the centre and other basic electricals.

Although the academy is still a work in progress, we have already exceeded so many of our goals and met so many targets. Its only up from here. We hope to see more help and involvement from the community as it is an investment for our future and our children’s future.

Offers great opportunities and classes for kids and adults.
Teaching is very organised, following the national curriculum exquisitely. All teachers are qualified and present in a professional manner. This place will definitely go far. The community is very welcoming and it is exciting to see what else they will introduce. The venue is quite spacious too.

The centre provides tuition facilities to the entire community within Elm Park, and beyond; helping upskill children and adults with pertinent skills and knowledge in academia (including in English, Maths, Computing, Languages and much more), and in progressing in life more generally; crucial to bolstering the Elm Park community, and boosting the socioeconomic status of the area.

After Magrib time started, just 15 minutes after I Come to pray for magrib salah. I can see 1 Marcedes taxi driver he was locked the door. I told him pls I need to pray 3 rakat salah. Pls keep open only for 3 to 4 minitues but he didn't reply to me. Although he was sitting on the car 5 minutes. He didn't talk me. Very moody guy
