Totally inconsiderate for people with disabilities, pedestrians and parents with buggies. We are visiting the centre very often during the weekends but the walking space allocated for the pedestrians to walk to the facilities is always blocked by cars (see attached photo). Even the dropped curb is always blocked by a car. Why don't you do something about it (use bars or chain to protect the dedicated area for the pedestrians)? Don't you care about parents' and children's safety? Last Sunday the pedestrian area was fully parked by cars and I had to walk with my son in the middle of the road. If you don't care about our safety, I do, and this is why I will never visit you again or recommend you to any of our friends

Great Gym very accessible ,they got parching if you need to go by car 🚗 . You have everything inside for your all your body exercises. Clean and freshly painted. Ladies from reception they are all nice, kindly and professional . Really appreciate. My Girl is on gymnastics and she is reallly happy too xx ❤️

We went to Europa Centre for weekend play session- 1 hour for 6£.
Pre-booking on the website is recommended. Free parking available on site. The staff is friendly and attentive.
Play involves a big bouncing castle, long stretch of trampoline, and various gymnastics equipment. All have soft landing.
Good exposure to young boys and girls- to burn energy- and also develop interest in learning gymnastics in the future.

I took my recently diagnosed autistic son to Gym Camp at Europa today 31st Oct. I watched on the security camera as my boy disengaged further and further. We like to try these types of activities but it's hit and miss whether he'll get involved or not. I can't thank the instructors enough for their patience and perseverance with my son. He didn't make things easy for the two ladies and their professionalism and cool headedness was something to behold. They did everyhing they could and are a credit to Europa. Thank you both so much! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too, by the way. A great outfit. Will definitely be bringing my boy back.

Vimy’s cafe is full of sweets, chocolate, crisps and fizzy drinks. Not much healthy food at all. I think healthy eating needs to be promoted more especially in a gym.

My 5 year old daughter is attending the gymnastics class here. She has been attending for almost a year, loved it and was always super excited about it. She was invited to attend the recent Awards ceremony (for which we had to pay for). I was told by the parents whose children done awards ceremonies in the past that at this level all children will get a medal (they are all only +/-5 years old!). On the day, my daughter did everything she was asked to do. At the end, all children in her group got a medal and a certificate apart from her. She was so disappointed, could not understand why she did not get a medal, she could not stop crying for several hours after. Her confidence completely vanished, constantly upset. I asked the staff, called and emailed but no explanation to date as to how this works and why. I honestly do not understand how treating children that way would motivate them to work harder? If only the top 3 would get a medal, that's understandable but you cannot exclude just one child! It made my daughter feel worthless! It was such a traumatic experience for her that we won't be attending any awards ceremonies ever again, that's for sure.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party here at the weekend. The venue was an excellent gymnastics setup where the kids went wild for an hour. We went upstairs for food provided by the centre and done and dusted about an hour later. The staff were extremely friendly, organised and made us feel very welcome. There is ample parking underneath the centre and generally an excellent venue for birthday parties 🎊
