I went in for a sports massage due to back pain. Rosie was very professional and used lots of advanced techniques that I’d never had done before, including dry cupping therapy. My back feels a lot better and have rebooked back in.

Rosie was great and managed to relieve tension in my neck that I’d been struggling with for a while. She has a form to fill in before your treatment which asks about preferences around pressure and communication during the massage which I think is such a good idea and puts you at ease before your appointment. Will definitely be booking in with Rosie again soon!

Rosie was wonderful, so knowledgeable, very thorough and knew exactly where I needed more work. She has created a beautiful warm and calm space and can’t do enough for you. Great massage. I’ve had a lot of different sports and deep tissue massages over the years, but Rosie was able to relieve those tension knots and I’ve already been back. Highly recommended if you suffer from tightness, stiffness and general tension!

Amazing massage with Rosie. She is fabulous at getting right in there and releasing those stubborn knots. I've been to a few deep tissue massage therapists but I have never left feeling as light as when I left Rosie, and the stiffness I have been suffering in my neck was instantly eased.
