The worst GP practice. Rude receptionist. Cannot ever get an appointment and now the new system we have to log on and complete a form and the doctor decides if we should be seen. And the form indicates to contact or visit A&E I just need to speak to a GP. Nothing is straight forward. So not even sure when I can get an appointment. I feel for the elderly who do not have access to online tools.

If I could give this practice zero stars, I absolutely would.

From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of abysmal. If the CQC were to conduct an inspection, I have no doubt they would rate this practice as poor at best.

The receptionist I encountered was shockingly unprofessional. Despite providing all the necessary information to locate my appointment, she proceeded to loudly announce the reason for my visit—completely disregarding patient confidentiality. This level of carelessness is unacceptable in any healthcare setting.

Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism did not end there. The nurse (or at least, I assume they were a nurse, as they were not wearing a name tag and failed to introduce themselves) demonstrated the same lack of professionalism throughout my consultation.

As someone who works in a hospital, I am well aware of the standards and expectations in a healthcare setting. I would not have written this review if previous experiences at this practice had been better. However, every encounter I have had with this practice in the last 6 months has been a demonstration of similar poor behaviour/attitudes. I am not surprised to see similar reviews from other patients...

These issues are clearly not isolated incidents, raising serious concerns about the overall standard of care at this practice, a follow up will be sent to the GM.

Elderly family member left with a wound poorly treated (we are overseas and had no oversight) over a six month period, which then turned to (Dry) Gangrene. The Hospital / he won't now operate to remove his leg, so his life expectancy (whatever that might of been at 92) is compromised AND his quality of life is now rock bottom too, as he can't now walk on the leg and his overall health is being adversley affected (poisoned) by the Gangrene; he is now bedbound as a direct result 😞

This GP practice is held back by some of its front office staff. While the doctors and nurses are professional, caring, and efficient, the reception staff are often rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Some will shout at patients, ignore them, or act with blatant attitude, creating a hostile and unwelcoming environment. Their behavior is unacceptable and completely undermines the quality of care provided by the medical team. Despite the surgery being clean, accessible, and improving overall, the unprofessional conduct of the front office staff and occasional unpleasant phone consultations are the only reason I can’t give this practice 5 stars.

Side note- I had a telephone consultation with Dr. Adeoba (Dr. Ade). The call was excellent! He actively listened, asked all the necessary questions, and provided good advice. He even followed up about an issue, which was very reassuring. It was the best call I ever had with a GP.

Dr. Ade’s calm demeanor, polite tone, and solid professionalism were exemplary and should serve as the standard for all medical consultations.

Very helpful, my only complaint is I keep receiving emails to submit my blood pressure results when the last test I had done was with them !!! (I don’t have access to a blood pressure test at home)

I was waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and no one answered. I live close to the gp i went there to se what was happening and the ladies were laughing and talking between them ignoring the phone.

45 minutes of ringing on the phone and waiting for someone to answer, it’s 11am surely you should be organised enough by this time for this not to happen
