Avoid booking lessons with this company as all they are bothered about is getting money from you as long as they can. They don’t assess the children often enough so stay in the same class for months, teachers aren’t observing the children as they spend most of their time chatting on poolside, customer service is poor and the whole experience is a shambles!!

Abysmal customer service. Cancelled lesson, not been refunded.

I've been waiting 5 weeks for a refund and it's still being 'processed'.

When I tried to escalate this, I was told to wait 5-7 days for someone senior to get back to me.

The cost is fairly low, but the time taken to chase for what should be a simple refund out of principle is a joke.

My son who is 3 fell into the pool. It was carnage at the gate, kids walking past and the teachers not paying attention. It took around 1 minute for me to get to the viewing window and he was screaming and wet through. It was his first lesson. They couldn't even tell me what happened. They 'thought' he fell in. Then changes their story. I have emailed to complain and all I got was an email saying they would look into it.
He was then petrified of the water. I took him to a pool the next day and it took 10 mins to get him in the water with me in it.
It's overpriced, chaos and unsafe!!!

Absolutely awful company with one mission. Steal your money and not provide a service. I honestly have never dealt with a worse company in my life

If they cancel a lesson due to teacher sickness they don’t refund you unless your request it. I requested a refund on 2 occasions, both times I emailed twice with no reply and had to phone (on hold for 1 hour), I also spoken to the centre and it still taken 3 and 4 months for a refund.
Also the teachers used to update the parents at the end of the lesson in the changing rooms but stopped doing this, also they used to update the progress every week or every other week, but my sons was only updated twice within 8 months, I brought these issues to their attention, they said they will sort, 6 months later it was still the same. So I cancelled, I didn’t mind paying £62 a month when the service was good, as it really was a good service before they merged companies and got new directors. Only when I cancelled I got a call from a manager (which I had been waiting for weeks for), they said they would raise the issues and sort but at this point I thought I have heard this before. I never usually complain but just get fed up with the poor service.

Very poor business. Lessons cancelled within a few hours before start times, you then have to spend hours chasing refunds - which never physically come, they just offer to reduce next months direct debit.
Children can not progress fully as the consistency of teachers is non-existent. Every week is a surprise as to who will be teaching my child.
The cleanliness of the facility is poor, outdoor shoes allowed on poolside and within the changing rooms. I once received an email stating that parents must wear blue overshoes (perfect) until we turned up, and none of the dispensers were full, and they had no stock.

The Widnes facility is very modern, well run, and well kept. This facility is an absolute shambles. The management and the business should be ashamed.

Probably the smallest public pool in the country. Suitable for under 10's. The air conditioning was not working. The only refreshment facility is a hot drinks machine which has never worked when I have been there. The drinking water machine was working.
