It's a small village post office and general store. A good range of food, drink, confectionery, newspapers, and other essentials you might expect from a convenience shop. Usually only one person serving in my experience, so queues can happen when customers use the post office. It is well used and provides a great service to all ages. Nice little play area next door.

Fantastic local post office. The young lad running it is brilliant and the parking directly outside is sufficient for the location. I arrived with 5 large boxes of parcels of differing sizes and weights, and he was completely unflustered and worked through them steadily, making sure I got the best price for each item. I will use this PO for all my postal needs in future. So glad I found them.

Good for a Post Office counter, but that's about it. Pretty much no stock of anything in the shop. Parcels are just left on the shelves behind the counter, so doesn't seem particually organised.

Papers frequently not delivered, stock haphazard, dusty surfaces and young girl more interested in her phone. Not a patch on the previous owners. Come back please.

Crap AGAIN ..

Avoided the place like the plauge for a few years after the owner dragged my son in the back room at 15 saying "he thought" he had shop lifted .......a bollocking from me got it sorted , it was BS ...but hey new to the village and you wanting to do well all good ....you talked a good talk .

BUT ....this post office is the only one in Cheshire that wont accept payment for my annual tax return simply because there is nothing for "YOU" in the trans action .......

Thankfully Grappenhall post office accepted the payment as always and i would sooner buy my stamps and papers from there in future

The staff have absolutely no idea what they are doing and often turn away people in the queue because they don’t know how to complete simple transactions!! They are so rude as well, They desperately need some sort of basic training in there.
