Given the incorrect start time, then discovered agent had double booked the assignment. Timesheet sent to me in a format that could not be edited, could not get through to the person who sent said timesheet, got told by another member of staff that I need to speak to their umbrella company not the person who had emailed me the timesheet, who then dropped my call. Just not worth the hassle.

This agency is AWFUL!!! They don't pay you properly, they lie through their teeth about what jobs are available and what the duration of the job is. Smug / sarcastic attitude from them every single time you call them to discuss an issue, and when there is an issue the blame is passed off to someone else and you're told "it's not our fault"

Recruitment agencies back in the day were pretty good, good ethics, good standards and wanted to help people.

Now it's just full of uneducated people who aren't qualified to do anything apart from picking the phone up who couldn't care about you in the slightest.

Stay away! They lie about your hourly rate. Just had a job with them they quoted £13.70 ph they put you with an umbrella company (you have no choice which is unlawful) when I got my payslip the hourly rate was actually £10.70 !! They make you pay their payroll bills and some! A very unethical company, I have reported them to the necessary authorities.

I was sent to a company for an interview, I was given the impression that nobody at the company was expecting me or knew about my appointment, I sat in the reception area for half an hour until someone was able to have a quick chat with me, the interviewer was scribbling notes on an A4 piece of paper, that also gave me the impression nobody was expecting me.

I contacted Hannah at Integra by email and text asking if she’d heard anything back off the company after my interview, it’s now 9 days since sending those messages and I’m still waiting for a response!

I understand that I may not be what her client was needing or there may have been a better interviewee that the client went with, but to just ignore somebody that’s trying to secure a job, is pretty scummy!

Don’t waste your time with this company as they don’t value your time and effort!
