I have rung The Retreat at Kendal college twice to make an appointment, sadly they haven't taught classes yet in how to pick up phones or return phone calls, even though it's now late May and courses started in September. It's worrying they haven't accomplished this important skill yet, when it's something most 5 year olds can do.

Myself and my son went to Kendal College this evening for the Open Evening we received a very warm welcome as soon as we walked in.
Staff were very helpful and approachable, it is an excellent college and my son now has more of an idea for what he wants to do when he leaves school. Thank you

I am studying on the Outdoor Education BTEC Level 3 course at Kendal College. I have nearly finished my second year of this course and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The wide range of fantastic facilities teamed with well clued-up tutors makes for a brilliant learning experience! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Exceptionally good Catering College & Hair & beauty Training. The Catering department gives
excellent value for money, -offering high quality meals for affordable prices. This is possible due to them serving great food to locals or visitors ...right here in the Lake district where some of the world's best chefs do their training.

The Hair & Beauty department also offer the very latest hair & Beauty Treatments., but at a fraction of the cost of what you would pay in the big cities.

Recently went to the hair salon at the collage where l was greeted by a friendly member of staff, Eliza was my stylist and l would recommend. the salon was busy but felt like a relaxed, professional environment.

Fantastic local college, offering diverse learning, with an exceptional catering department, including a very good restaurant offer, which is always a bargain.
