My daughter is 8 years old and has recently joined Tapout Knockout Workington.

While a little nervous initially, all the kids in her classes and all the instructors have been amazing with her.

In the short while she has attended, my daughter has made new friends, had loads of fun and is learning all about Martial Arts and what they have to offer.

The classes are very well priced and can't rate the club high enough.

I’ve been training at Tapout for over four years now. While I’ve always had an interest in many sports, the coaches and training partners here have truly sparked my passion for mixed martial arts and jiu-jitsu. This has become more than just a hobby—it’s something I’m committed to for life. My daughter Noelly (7years old when she started) has attended Tap out knock out for just over a year now and she loves it. She attends 3 sessions a week, most weeks and can’t wait to go to each lesson.
When she first started she was very shy and timid and now she’s like a different child, confidence has grown and the willingness to participate in any of the activities is there all the time.
The club is professionally ran, with highly experienced instructors who are amazing with the kids, and a they have a fantastic group of students that were very welcoming to my daughter. You can see that the students not only respect the instructors, but their peers as well.

She is not only learning a martial art but she is learning discipline, and core skills to use for her journey through life.

Fantastic club from the kids classes to the adults everybody is made to feel welcome. Years of knowledge & experience from the coaches to help everybody who steps on to the mats reach their goals both kids & adults. No egos by anybody that trains there everybody is there help each other out, a great club to train at.

Absolutely the best MMA/Jujitsu gym, Trevor being King of the mat.., Front cover of Combat magazine, multiple title winners and World champions / British champions, with a wealth of MMA fighters too, all the instructors are of the highest, professional Quality to teach all ages!, make it fun for the younger age groups to learn new skills. All students and Coaches are friendly and approachable.

Been training for 10 years since I was a kid and couldn’t ask for a better club. The people are welcoming, the coaches are the best around, and the club as a whole has produced some incredible fighters from both the kids and the adults classes.
