Highly recommend small group training with Mark. I have always struggled to stay consistent with the gym but having a structured programme to follow has changed this for me entirely. He pushes you to what you are capable of & a bit more.....every session is different, sometimes it's gym, then agility, I look forward to every session. My wife and I have just finished our 3rd block of sessions with Mark in perpetration for our May 2016 wedding. The results we have achieved are unbelievable given the relatively short period of time we had. I was always a bit sceptical at first and I wasn't very confident in a gym, but Mark really knows what he is doing and boosts your confidence levels even after just the first session so much so that I think a 5 star review on here is the least I can do to say thank you. Not only is he top of his game, but he is one of the nicest most polite people I know, never seen him without a smile on his face, and he makes everyone around him laugh 24/7. I now look forward to our sessions together and shall be booking up another block once we return from our honeymoon. Each plan is tailored to our exact needs, because everyone has different goals, and he mixes what we do each time so there is no chance of getting bored doing he same workout over and over again. He offers full support outside of the gym via his Facebook group, which is also a great place for all his clients to share fitness ideas and meal plans too. If you want a PT in Darlington you really don't need to look elsewhere... So thank you again 🙂
