So I have just completed my entire year orders for every year group online using shopping lists and email basket facility - this is a brilliant tool which allows you to track and authorise spend against a department or year group and change orders before pressing send! All syncs to FMS too so if you are thinking of changing supplier please do have a look at HBS - all orders will be sent in labelled boxes for the attention of the teachers/department so much time saved and over £2000 in all - cannot fault the service and the attention from Harry Kemp at HBS!

An absolutely phenomenal company and always a pleasure to deal with. Our school has been ordering with HBS for almost 10 years and they have always provided a high quality and faultless service.
Prices are competitive, it's incredibly easy to order, whether by website, phone or email, and the delivery is super fast (next day if ordered before 3pm) via their own delivery drivers, which we especially appreciate as it means we get usually get the same delivery person each time!
On the rare occasion we've had to make a return, or something hasn't been quite right, the issue is resolved within a few minutes of speaking to someone.
The quality of HBS own-branded products is brilliant and provides excellent value for money. We've found that we've replaced most of the name branded items we used to order with the HBS ones and notice no difference but are saving a fortune, which is so important for schools right now. They also offer amazing volume discounts.

Fantastic customer service!
I spoke to Spencer and Ashley on the phone and they were friendly and efficient.
Kukila, the Customer Care Executive communicated to me by email and she was also extremely friendly and efficient.
Their products arrive promptly and when there is an issue with invoices or deliveries, they are quick to sort it out.
Love them all!
