Onespace is a beautiful, well-equipped yoga studio in Manningtree, Essex. It’s a place where you can attend Ashtanga, Hatha and vinyasa flow yoga and pilates classes and explore and develop your own practice in the Mysore room. There’s a great atmosphere and a lovely bunch of people too!

There is a wide variety and quality of different yoga classes here including pilates in this beautiful dedicated yoga studio where you can practice safely with superb teachers, Jo, Chris and Vicky. All different levels. I feel so lucky to have found this space.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with beautiful sights, smells and a wonderful welcome. I attend the Ashtanga classes and I have found the teaching to be outstanding and authentic. So lucky to have such a space in Mannigtree with such dedicated teachers and a friendly community.
