Nothing particularly special about this club. Ok day out, facilities seemed to be lacking and adequate considering the status of the club. Food was ok, atmosphere was a bit rough, the exit system from the car park needs to be sorted! It took ages to leave the place.

Great non league ground to go to. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food kiosk was good, with plenty of choice. If you want an alcoholic drink though? nowhere to get one unless you walk 15/20 mins into Darlington. The 'clubhouse' is for the Home supporters only.

Attended a corporate day and loved the experience. The game was only part o free experience. All the DFC club representative were friendly and made it a better experience. A gentleman called Colin was great with the guest and made the day even more memorable. The owner of DFC came into the area at end of the game to meet everyone which was added bonus. Great guy who’s supporting the club and area. Overall Great club and great experience.

Sampled the Corporate facilities. Greeted by a pleasant lady who provided me with a wristband. As I was new to the building I asked for directions. Unable to entre Corporate Room as person known as Andrew Scullion abruptly turned me away we are not open yet. A gentleman before sat in an arm chair outside the room. I ventured to downstairs bar. Closed and rather cold. Eventually Corporate room opened at 18.15pm very jolly lady behind the bar served a pint of coke! I asked as to where our table was located? That one there I think? Table 9.
My friends arrived and I ventured back to the bar bought some drinks. Pint of draught beer and lager.
Very reasonable priced. 👌 a competition for goal time gate and 50/50 tickets which I invested. The above mentioned person rudely commentd shrapnel for payment of competition sheets. I later asked for WiFi details if he could ask Genral Manager for details. I'm not going Downstairs. ? Abruptly moved me from an area on gantry as was rather difficult to view the game. The food was a plate of slop! Said to be beef stroganoff with saffron rice. I wouldn't serve that to a child. In simple terms frozen meat pieces with tinned sauce and microwave rice. Poor! Service from the host Poor experience Poor.
Aside from this. On the Football Field the Team are doing reasonably well. I the pack for end of season playoffs.

Great club and a nice little ground and the staff were great. Glad we scraped the result but wish Darlo all the best and always good to visit (even when we got hammered a few years ago on Boxing Day). Car park can get busy and it does take a long time to get out but it is what it is and staff are helpful. All in all a good day out with very reasonable admission prices, take heed YCFC.

Special atmosphere and it was my first game at Blackwell Meadows and I saw Darlington win against their rivals Spennymoor 1-0 on 31 August 2024

Absolute joke of a a place. Treat Darlington football club like s**t. Fusebox for floodlights needs updating. Tight club take money and keep it. Fleece the football club in every level. Sort it out or pay the consequences.
