Had a fabulous Maths' teacher who turned my Maths' grades from E to a C in one year. The IT course was quite underwhelming at the time however. Sometimes too many pupils. Quite tough as a neurodiverse kid and lessons not taking into considering other learning styles. Good experience generally and I assume it has improved since the early 2000's.

My wife applied in 2023 for English course.
She has an interview and she was accepted.
The course lead who was very rude and came in and said your English is good, you are not eligeble.
She explained that she didn't study in English, she responded that she needs a proof via narics.

We applied for naric and we sent the proof, she responded that application now closed.

This year again we made an application took over two to four month only to be told you are not eligeble because criteria has changed without mentioning what criteria has change and why she is not.

It is so exasperating that she was applying since May 2023 and in July 2024 to be told there's changes. No wonder the collage has a bad reputation.

I have attended here for 3 years and no one cares about your wellbeing at all. you doing work from home? boom, not attending WHEN THEY HAVE A REMOTE LEARNING ATTENDENCE OPTION ON THE REGISTER. Do NOT recommend going here at all. spare your money and go somewhere else. All they care about is you being at home and not being in to do the work.

Some teachers are nice but the college in general is so bad. the security guards are the only one that really care about you and your wellbeing. Some maths classes haven’t had a teacher in months. My course teachers aren’t understanding and think my attendance represents me as a person. Wouldn’t recommend if you care and respect the wellbeing of your children.

Honestly if given the chance I would review this college 0 stars, because reviewing it a single star implies any sort of positive impact came from studying here. Half the staff have no idea what theyre teaching and they treat students more like numbers than people, honestly dont come here lol

Guy who works at the back of the kitchen that deals with deliveries for vending machines etc needs to work on his overall attitude if your going to moan about a delivery booked as NEXT DAY which means it will be with you next day until 17:00 and you finish at 15:30 or whatever that is his problem, either way it came half hour before you finish, it should not take you half hour to move some boxes around in future get it booked as a timed delivery and save yourself from moaning like a toddler.

I have attended this college for one full year, the first year was not terrible however it could be improved significantly. The reason I rate this college so low is because the second year has been an utter disgrace. we haven't had any consistent teachers other then our main one who is split between 2 classes, the teachers we do get as a replacement. bar a few teachers we've had that were able to teach us the subject, the teachers we do have, are unskilled to teach this course. I would not recommend this college, there are many other alternatives in the local area.

I have been a student here for almost 2 years now, and the college has severely decreased in quality since 2021. Most departments have lots of agency staff to cover lessons where there is no teachers and the agency staff don’t know what they are meant to be teaching us. I spend money on transport every day to come into college and most of the lessons are spent sitting in a room with nothing to do. Management and teachers often don’t help with students wellbeing and they often dismiss any issues that we have. Teachers are often rude to students and don’t teach the coursework properly, I would not recommend this college.
