You have to do Free2learn courses in order to get the qualification you desire. After completing their courses I have been ringing daily for over 3 months now to find out when I can do my Food Lv3. I am sick of ringing them everyday to be told that I will be contacted soon. My online tutor Mark Bell was very helpful with the Free2learn courses but it seems like I wasted 4 weeks of my life doing paperwork to fund a company that is not following up on its agreement.

Absolute waste of time and energy! They will waste couple months of your time giving you hopes of passing your course then say it was not complete and to do it again. I would suggest that you invest your time and money into doing the same courses privately and get results much quicker other than doing it with them for free and get nowhere, just saying it from experience and I'm sure some others will agree with me aswell.

I was out of work for a long time. I was stuck in a moment and there was only one way out. Burnley Job Centre linked me up with Free2Learn Oldham and I was lucky to have a good trainer for my SIA training. I passed the course and got my badge. Two hours later I got a job. Now I can buy nice clothes and travel abroad.

I called the reception they said there was no course because of the coronavirus but my friend told me he was taking one online and I've been calling until this moment nobody answers.
