A massive thank you 🙏 to Chris at Gillingham and Sam, Karen and Steve at Foots Cray. for helping me get through my Mod 1 & 2 exams first time 🎉. Also the folks at Phoenix HQ - Steph, Jackie, Steve, Helen and Mark for arranging all my training/tests. Excellent training organisation, awesome instructors, a good laugh and thoroughly put me at ease throughout the training (accept when Chris decided to filter past the school run traffic jams in the rain, on a really gouged out road 🌧️😬🤣). Great support, nice banter, lovely cups of tea and loved all of it👌. Will hopefully see you all again for some more advanced training in the future. Ride safe 🏍️😊

Thanks to you all for helping me achieve getting my motorcycle A license completed.

I really enjoyed all parts of the training and am really grateful for the expertise, guidance, encouragement and support from the all the top notch instructors, I met😊.

The office staff also have been friendly, excellent, supportive and great at organising.

Have really enjoyed my experience with Phoenix and will always have fond memories of my training with them.

Completed my CBT yesterday. Instructor Chris, kept the day light and enjoyable, taking the time to ensure each person on the course got the advice they needed in order to complete the day.
I was very nervous prior to attending, however once we got going, it was clear we were in good hands and I had nothing to worry about.
10/10 recommend to anyone looking to complete their CBT or further training.

Phoenix have worked hard for me every step of my training. I had time pressures, they got me on the courses I needed. Every single member of staff is amazing!... And I've met alot of them! Chris, Sam, Harry, Pepe, Sophie just to name a few.
The phone team are also amazing!
Everybody is soo friendly and knowledgeable!
If you want to ride these are the ones to ride with!

Great experience training here! Do not hesitaite.. Completed my A license this week and really appreciate the support throughout. Numerous rebookings due to work commitments but they were very understanding and accommodating. Special thanks to Nick, Chris, Helen, Steph, and lastly Sam! Best wishes to all the team..

I usually can't rate pheonix motorcycle training enough! My husband has used them three times over the last 4 years. Both first and second time were fantastic. However the instructor he had this time was awful! Told him he wasn't allowed to wear jeans (despite saying in the email that jeans are a minimum) my husband wore his timberland style work boots. (As stated in the email) and he was told he shouldn't be wearing them! Now in the email it states no soft shoes or trainers. But the other lad on the cbt course wore trainers and nothing was said. My husband made his instructor aware he has adhd, like he has the other two times he's done his cbt (when required not because he failed) and they made adjustments and were patient with him, this instructor was the complete opposite! After telling him about his adhd the instructor informed him if he failed he wouldnt be able to drive his moped home, and would be stranded, which to any other person with adhd or understands adhd sent him in to panic mode. His cbt was booked at medway, and this instructor completely changed the plan and took them all the way up to Sidcup. only gave three stars because they as a company are usually fantastic! But this instructor has let them down. Only saving grace is he past his cbt so can still continue to go to work.
