Centre is a shop on the High Street, a bit like an Internet cafe of years gone by.
Parking before 10am is impossible so don't arrive early....after 10am you can park on the residential side streets for free which is a bonus in Watford.
A little bit of street noise from the traffic outside but ear plugs provided so almost impossible to hear.
Lady on reception was welcoming and did a great job.
Place was nice, clean and tidy.
Computers are modern and no glitches.
Would use again.

The online booking process for the exam was very straightforward and simple. Upon taking the exam the invigilator was very calm and understanding and the room was nicely air conditioned. I had no issues with the computer at all and everything went very smoothly, thus helping me achieve a mark at the end that I was very proud to have achieved.
