After being involved with many recruiters over many many years, I have never come across anyone as uncommunicative as Maddy. She found me a job at a school she knew very little about then would never be available to reply to emails let alone phone calls. This agency is large therefore don’t expect a personalised service. I called them to say that my tax code was incorrect and they said that the tax service refused to change it. Yet when I called the tax service, they changed it immediately without any further questions!
I will contact this agency again if I am very desperate.
