Having owned several dogs over three decades, I can’t recommend Chris and Jess highly enough. Their professionalism, immense knowledge of canine behaviour and obvious love of dogs, has enabled me to not only enjoy puppy and gun dog classes, but to look forward to them. Our weekly sessions have really helped me to understand why my dogs behave / react in certain ways and taught me how to develop and strengthen a close relationship with them.

The classes are delivered in a clear and non judgemental manner, set outdoors in a natural countryside environment (as opposed to a church hall) and, what I particularly appreciate, is that following each class, you receive a email detailing all you’ve covered, including print outs and links to video examples.

I also love that they don’t take themselves too seriously and it’s not unusual to have Chris ‘leading’ an obliging Jess around the field, as she demonstrates a new command.

Their genuine love of dogs is obvious for all to see and they make every class enjoyable for canines and humans alike. I can't recommend Chris and Jess enough. The knowledge they have between them is immense, I don't think there is a canine problem that they don't have a solution to. Zak and I have both loved every class we have been to, and have gained a lot of knowledge. I will be forever thankful to both of them for the help and support I have had and continue to have with my challenging Zak. Which ever class you do, you will have fun and learn something new. Zak and I enjoy them so much we keep going back for more.

I recently took part in Puppy Pals Online Parkour course and it was really great fun. Jess and Chris talked through and demonstrated each of the tasks, watched what we were doing and gave expert advice and positive feedback. They showed us a range of ways to teach different skills, encouraged us to practice during the week, and also gave feedback on the videos we sent in.
My dogs absolutely loved doing the exercises, it made me think about where I could practice and kept me accountable for getting on and doing my homework. I learned that Parkour is not just about teaching your dog’s tricks, the skills learned can be applied across many dog sports, and gives you different tasks to do with your dogs. It certainly made me think differently about my walks.
I can’t recommend PuppyPals highly enough, both Chris and Jess were very encouraging, happy to go over anything we weren’t’ sure about and made the whole course fun to be on. Jill n Ezra
