Took my twins for their Newborn hearing test and I was seen immediately. The nurse Kerry was lovely and explained everything as 1 twin needed a more in depth test.
Brilliant facilities and very professional . Babies were very comfortable .

Brilliant and knowledgeable staff who were super patient with my son who didn't want to do the activities for his hearing test. They won him round in the end and managed to get the test done. Always parking available when I've been too.

Very friendly and lovely place with free car park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are toys for children to play with before their appointments. Appointment s are done in time and if cancelled you are notified in good time. My son went for a hearing test and the tests are very child friendly, they don't unsettle a child in any way.

Very poor signage to find the actual building and the on site car park has no signage at all until actually at its gate. One old couple had parked in the main car park right on the other side of the hospital. The main reason for star rating was the typical unfriendly receptionist who sighed and raised her eyebrows because we were half hour early. My daughter explained that coming from Southsea the journey is unpredictable and can take 20 mins on one occasion or 40mins on another and we hadn't wanted to be late. We were then told only one adult could be present and so I wasn't allowed to wait in the empty waiting area. Luckily the lovely young doctor saw my grandson before his scheduled appnt as the previous person was late! Good job we were early and didn't leave the doctor with wasted time... So, overall, great medical attention , poor admin experience.

I've had the privilege to take my daughter here for the last four years and the help, support and understanding of every single member of staff has just been incredible.
You can tell they love what they do and my daughter instantly lit up when I tell her her to guess what day it is today... "Tuesday!!"

If you own a company yourself, and you do any kind of charitable work, or you like to donate to charity, please consider The Elizabeth Foundation as one you should work with as they rely on charity. As far as I understand they receive no government funding which in terms of supporting children of all ages with hearing issues is very sad.

They are a wonderful team and I can't praise what they have done for us as a family and my daughter enough.
