Free2learn Slough l enrolled through the jobcentre, on 4/11/2024 went to Herschel street personally to register.
My course for security SIA.
Asked me to take Maths and English which l passed and l was told l will start online courses in week's time on 11/11/2024.
But no information has been received from Mr.Patel his phone is switched off since 3 days and not answering any email also.
Can you please guide me how to contact any other person related to the above course.

Free2learn is the worst company in the whole world, l enrolled through the jobcentre, free2learn ask me to take Maths and English which l passed and l was told l will start online courses in week's time after 2 weeks l was told l am not eligible for the course what a joke the.The Home office said l am eligible so free2learn what are you saying, a bunch of scammers. Shame on you .

I honestly don't even want to give them a benefit of 1 star this 'course provider' is a complete joke the 'course' I did with them was completely unrelated to what I was supposed to learn I also wasted my time doing their stupid maths and english assessments. I went on holiday during the 'course' which the 'teacher' was okay with and I could complete my in person training to recieve my license as soon as I come back lo and behold they are not picking or responding to my phone calls and emails, this organisation poses as 'course' provider in front of DWP but instead they are using that funding for their own benefit such organisations who play games on the back of those unemployed and those finding it hard to get jobs must be treated harshly by DWP.

I came across free 2 learn college in slough, I was looking for face to face learning with one to one support.
When i came to free 2 learn all my needs where met they are very flexible and supportive towards there learners.
I have had great tutors that have helped me Mrs tandrani Mukherjee and miss Laura gutierrez.
I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fast track course.

AVOID SCAM!
Passed my course with F2L then instead of processing my Licence they just vanished...literally...
Thanks for nothing...
Edit: As you can see from the reply alone they won't even offer to support you or sort out your issue with them, they'll just say 'sorry' and not actually do anything. What a joke 😂 Avoid people, my reviews get thousands of views FYI.
