My daughter attended TMB Waterlooville for 2 years and we loved it there! The team works so hard to provide engaging, joyful activities for the children and I could tell that my daughter felt valued and nurtured while she was there. They have a big space for the children to thrive in all areas of development. We loved how the children always seemed to be in the big garden a lot! As parents, we always felt included by being invited in to see what was going on at various times of the year. Thank you for helping our daughter’s confidence grow tremendously. She must have felt so comfortable and at home with you.

My daughter has been coming since she was 6 months old, the staff are friendly and welcoming and they know what they are doing. I have no issues leaving my daughter here and I’m so happy to she her progression; she particularly loves her key person which is always amazing to see and I think that’s a very good aspect to see in a nursery, the key person bonds. They are supportive of any concerns I may have about my daughter and they support me with ideas for her. I couldn’t recommend this nursery more!

Our three children all love this nursery. It is quite intensely managed, but this means that our kids development is clearly tracked, the staff keep us updated on progress with additional activities for us to do at home. The menu is wonderful (if a bit fancy!) the staff are caring and highly trained and the facilities are excellent. Some of the processes around accidents are comprehensive (!) but better that then failing to safeguard vulnerable kids.

My son has attended The Mulberry Bush for nearly a year and a half and we are so pleased with the setting and how happy he is there. He can be quite nervous around new people and busy environments but adores the staff and has become so much more confident during his time there. He also has additional needs and the Senco works seamlessly with his team of medical practitioners to further his development while liaising with us on matters involving targets and progress.

My little one started there 6 weeks ago, he's 18 months and really needed interaction with other children that age. He does 2 half day sessions per week and it only took him 2 visits to settle in. I know all children are different but I think the staff made it much easier for him by bring attentive and keeping him busy and distracted. He's come on lots too and loves going. Happy baby...happy mummy.

My son who is now 3 we moved to waterlooville and he needed a new nursery I explained that he can't talk properly and he isn't potty trained and I have behaviour problems which are still in progress of being sorted out. I started him here literally 2 weeks ago very disappointed my son dislikes coming he will cling onto my leg not wanting me to leave him which is unlike him. Also the staff there some a really lovely but a couple I have had a few issues with. Left me feeling like I'm a bad mum for my son being behind and going back on what they said when they said they would be happy to help me with his speech and toilet training. Iv now arranged a new nursery which he starts Monday. I would advise on any parent bring your child here to be careful specially if your child requires extra support to build him/her to the level of the other children. Lovely building a resources but couple of staff are rude and disrespectful.

Arranged a visit for a Friday at 2pm - arrived, rang the door bell and was left outside for 10 mins in the freezing cold with our toddler. To then have someone come to the gate and look at us blankly - we told her we were there for a visit and she replied with “I have nothing in my diary for today” I told her it is definitely in my email account, she then returned inside came back out and said “no there’s nothing in the diary” at this point I showed her the email confirmation and she replied with a sigh and “I can show you around but I have a bit of emergency at the moment” treated us like we were idiots, didn’t want us to be there in the slightest. We walked away and she said nothing! No apology or anything - I then had to put my toddler back in the car who proceeded to cry and get upset, as he’d just been carried out to then stand in the cold for 10 mins, to then get back in again! Personally I’m glad as clearly they have no idea what they’re doing and their attitude was a disgrace.

My son has been attending here for 7 months and he absolutely loves it. The nursery itself has a lovely layout and amazing outdoor spaces. It’s a wonderful nursery, highly recommend!
