Ben brought Strength School to Cross Lane last year and my daughter was so excited to take part.

Comes home every week with all the new self defence she has been taught.

Tells us every time how great Ben (instructor) is at making sure everyone is included.

Her confidence has come on since starting classes.

Ben also always goes out of his way to let us know How's she's doing in class and notices if she is not being her normal self.
