This is a Fantastic holiday club, my 3 boys have been going for over 3 years and always have enjoyed attending. They have developed such strong relationships with the coaches and met new friends. They offer so many different sports and games my children have learnt so much, from character building to learning new skills. I was a little skeptical with one of my children as he is autistic and wasn’t sure if he would enjoy attending, but even after the first session he loved every second, sometimes doesn’t want to leave! The coaches amazing! My children always ask when they are going again. Highly rate Kinetic sports!!

We are so glad that we have such a fantastic holiday camp for our daughters to be able to go to during the school holidays. My eldest absolutely loves going and is always excited to go. Kinetic does a wide range of sports activities throughout the week ,including inflatable fun day and swimming. All the staff are kind and very patient. Will continue to use the clubs when we have to work during the holidays, and I highly recommend.

Used your service for the first time through the summer holidays after a recommendation from someone who has used various clubs and found this to be the best! My daughter had a great time. Staff very friendly and remembered my daughters name the 2nd morning to welcome her in and make her feel comfortable. I was notified when she fell over by email/app. My daughter has never enjoyed these types of things until we found this one. So glad we found it and I know my daughters well cared for whilst I'm work. Thank you to all the staff your doing a great job!

This wonderful holiday club has been an absolute godsend! My twins absolutely love it, especially at Abbey School, and come home with nothing but good things to say.

The staff are friendly, polite and from what I have seen, are brilliant at looking after the children, of various ages, capabilities and behaviours, very well. I feel completely comfortable leaving my 6 year old twins there and I can thoroughly recommend their services.

Holidays since the start of the year and have been nothing but impressed by the team. The coaches are all friendly and engaging with the children and know them all by name. My son really enjoys going and the range of activities offered each day. I have recommended Kinetics to several people looking for sports clubs in the holidays. Keep up the good work!

I have been using Kinetic Club for the last three years now and I would highly recommend this. Kinetic allows my children to take on new challenges and activities that they did not know they were good at or interested in. Doing a range of different activities allows my children to gain confidence in different areas independently or as part of a team. Communication is great and Jess is always reachable if there are ever any issues or questions need to be asked. Kinetic also offer a range of healthy food for the children taking part in Health Holiday camps. The menu varies and they will accommodate the children as best as they can. Having Kinetic has made the half terms more manageable and I will continue to use them! Amy Farnham x

IF I COULD HAVE LEFT ZERO STARS, I WOULD HAVE.

Terribly run company with procedures that need revising. The staff seem to clearly have no control over some of the children that use the service, which is unfortunate for the parents that are sending well behaved children to the club. Safeguarding concerns should be raised.

My child was assaulted by another child whilst in their care. The child spat at my daughter and they didn't think to call me, and inform me of the situation. Didn't think I'd like to make a decision as to whether my child should stay in their care for the remainder of the day. I refuse to believe that that's their procedure, to allow an assault to happen, then avoid contacting the parents of the victim. I think it was a deliberate tactic to avoid me arriving there upset. Better for them to keep my daughter there another 3 hours because her feelings weren't their real concern.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived for pick up, only to then be informed of the incident. They explained that they had a three strike rule in place, that they use to tally up minor incidents. And once a child reaches three strikes they can't return. The child clearly had a problem with authority and was rude the coaches, however they allowed him to stay. This incident with my daughter could have been avoided if they had a zero tolerance policy on bad behaviour. He got sent home early and this wasn't the first time.
My daughter wasn't even offered an apology once the boy's parent arrived and was informed of the assault.

Once I got home I had an exchange with one of the owners over the phone. She wasn't sympathetic at all, clearly just going through the motions and obviously distracted whilst on the call. It was basically a fob off, where she tried to advocate for the aggressor, and ignore my child being a victim in the situation. No point in sending them a complaint, well not addressed to her anyway, as she was trying to minimise the severity of my issue.

I would like to express my gratitude to Kinetic Sport Education for organizing the summer camp at Abbey School. My daughter attended the summer camp with great pleasure. What my daughter and I really like is that the day at the Camp is filled with a variety of activities. The team of coaches is very responsible, creative and attentive to the children! As a mother, I was absolutely calm and happy that my daughter spends time at the camp. The children find friends there, play sports and receive small rewards, which encourages the desire to spend time at the camp. We will return to the Camp again and again! Thank you!!
