Embercombe has a very special place in my heart and my life. Most recently I was on the The Journey course (Sept/Oct 2024). The Journey showed me that my spiritual connection to nature and place is much more profound than I thought. It gave me great tools for a stronger nature meditation practice, and has brought much needed creativity, ceremony and celebration into my life. I also showed me that a group of strangers can fall in love with each other, and create incredible poetry and wisdom when they share together and step into their power. I left with a full heart, feeling refreshed and inspired to step back on my path, and show the world that science and spirituality can and must walk hand in hand to transform our world to one where humans live in harmony with each other and with non-humans. An incredible course and with wonderful wise facilitators.

My experience at Embercombe was energizing, inspiring, and thought-provoking. My first program was in 2021, and I returned for The Journey in 2024. Here I am just a few days after participating on The Journey and words cannot describe the personal transformation I have been through and what I witnessed shifting in others. Every part of this programme is so beautifully crafted with love, care and attention to create an experience that I truly believe is transforming peoples lives, bringing new found perspective, a deep love and reverence for our planet and all its inhabitants and helping us to draw purpose and meaning into our existence. Embercombe is a truly magical place. I was initially drawn by Mac’s inspirational book ‘The Children’s Fire’ which led to my first visit to help with their apple harvest & juicing day. Such a joy to work with such an amazing group of beautiful beings on this special piece of land. I then attended their 25th Anniversary gathering, full of joy, love, laughter & sacred ceremony. This made me hungry for more, so signed up for their flagship Journey programme, which was one of the most extraordinary & uplifting things I’ve ever done!

The Journey. A profound experience. A deepening of your relationship with yourself and your connection with others, nature and life. Held safely by the team who guide you through, and by the land that surrounds you. At times challenging but always illuminating. A way of listening and feeling deeply into yourself. Some laughter, tears, movement and contemplation. Gorgeous food lovingly prepared. Many smiles of care and compassion. A world in itself inviting you to celebrate yours and share it.
