Jan came and held an Emergency First Aid at Work Course at my business a few weeks ago. It was excellent. She's a brilliant trainer, very engaging and presented the course in a really thoughtful and interesting way. I have done a lot of first aid courses but this was by far the best. The content was delivered at an appropriate pace - the perfect combination of technical vocabulary and common sense terminology. Really enjoyable First Aid course. The content was so thorough, set at a very good pace, lots of review opportunities and time for questions.
The scenarios that were set made us really practice how we would respond in real situations.
Jan is doing a sterling job, look forward to completing the next course(in 3 years time)

Really enjoyed this course. Much better delivery than the one I did in January with a different company. I felt comfortable enough to ask any questions (no matter how silly I thought they were). Easy to understand and Jan was really engaging and confident. 🙂

I undertook the 'QNUK Level 3 in Emergency First Aid at Work' course with Jan at JMS First Aid Training and was absolutely thrilled with the experience and level of training received. The course was a full day which, admittedly, part of me had been slightly dreading, but Jan's teaching was so engaging and I enjoyed every moment of it. The session offered a perfect mix of practical and non-practical learning and I've come away feeling very confident about everything that we went over during the session.
